Culling Digital is a one-person operation. My name is Matthew Culling and I build and run all of it — the scans, the emails, and the reply you'll get if you write in.
I kept noticing the same thing: Florida contractors chasing federal work were checking USASpending.gov and DBPR by hand, if they checked at all — and usually finding out about an award or a lapsing license too late to do anything about it. The data is all public; the problem is that nobody has time to run the same searches across the whole state every single week. So I built the thing that does it for them and sends only what's new.

You're never locked in: billing is cancel-any-time through Stripe with no action needed from me, and everything here is built on public records (USASpending.gov, SAM.gov, Florida DBPR) that stay reachable at the source no matter what.
