By subscribing to any Culling Digital LLC product, you agree to these terms.
Culling Digital LLC delivers periodic email digests built from public data sources (e.g. SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, and other cited government/agency records). We compile and summarize this public information — we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness, and it is not legal, financial, or investment advice. Verify anything material independently before acting on it.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown at signup (monthly for the digest products; annually for the license tracker). Cancel any time via the billing portal link in your subscription emails or by contacting digest@cullingdigital.com.
New subscribers are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment and ask for a refund, we'll refund that first payment in full. After the first 30 days, cancelling stops future billing but we don't refund partial periods already in progress.
Digest content is for your own internal business use. Don't resell, redistribute, or scrape our compiled output to build a competing product.
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for business decisions made based on digest content, for delivery delays, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms or our privacy policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
