Culling Digital LLC ("we") operates a small set of email-delivered subscription digests (Federal Contract Award Digest, Recompete Tracker, and others listed on our home page). This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
Your email address (to deliver the digest and manage your subscription) and payment details, which are collected and stored entirely by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We may also log basic email-delivery and support-request metadata (timestamps, message subject) to operate the service and respond to questions.
Solely to deliver the product you subscribed to, process billing through Stripe, and respond to support requests sent to digest@cullingdigital.com. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or any personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (email delivery). Each operates under its own privacy policy governing the data it processes on our behalf.
Unsubscribe or cancel at any time by replying STOP or "unsubscribe" to any digest email, using the billing portal link in your subscription emails, or writing to digest@cullingdigital.com. When you cancel, we stop sending immediately and mark your record inactive, then permanently delete it within 30 days. Stripe keeps its own billing and invoice records as required for tax and accounting; those are held by Stripe under its policy, not by us.
We don't sell or share personal information, and we only collect the email address and support metadata described above to run the service — so there's no sale or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of. California residents may still request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold by writing to digest@cullingdigital.com; we honor deletion the same way as any cancellation (see "Your choices" above).
Our own pages don't set advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. When you click Subscribe, Stripe's checkout may set its own strictly-necessary cookies to process the payment securely — those are governed by Stripe's policy, not ours. You can browse the site and read every page without accepting any cookie from us.
